In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to quickly, gently, and easily release negative emotions.
EFT, also called tapping, is an emotional version of acupressure based on the same energy pathways used in traditional acupuncture. Unlike acupuncture, EFT does not involve the use of needles. Instead, you stimulate certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with your fingertips.
