As sound travels, it helps to shift and release stagnant energy and tension that may be built up in our bodies. Sound healing helps us let go of stress, pain, and trauma and allows us to sink into deep relaxation.
During this hour of self-care, we will gather in a sacred circle, breathe into our hearts, and set an intention to cultivate more gratitude in our lives.
You are encouraged to dress in your favorite comfortable clothes. If you own a yoga mat, you can bring it to lie on. We also have yoga mats you can use. Also, if you like, you can bring blankets, pillows, eye covers, and crystals.

Kali Farrell studies classical and shamanic sound healing with International Sound Healer and Shaman Zacciah Blackburn. She uses sacred sound set with intention as a therapeutic tool in Reiki Sessions, in group sound healings and for personal growth.
