Are you ready to step into your power? Join us for a strength training class using body resistance. The class will involve exercises such as pushups, jumping jacks, planks, and mountain climbers. The class will also incorporate deep breathing and mindfulness exercises. This is an all levels class. People who have never tried strength training before are encouraged to give this class a try! The class can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Modifications and up levels will be offered.
Before Kali Farrell became a yoga instructor; she lived in the gym and engaged in intense strength training with competitive bodybuilders. Strength training helps her feel powerful in her body and assertive in her relationships. Kali is also a Reiki practitioner and sound healer.
