In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to quickly, gently, and easily release negative emotions.
EFT, also called tapping, is an emotional version of acupressure based on the same energy pathways used in traditional acupuncture. Unlike acupuncture, EFT does not involve the use of needles. Instead, you stimulate certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with your fingertips.
What are the advantages of using EFT?
- It is easy to learn.
- It has been show to be an effective way to reduce negative feelings, such as panic, anxiety, anger, and guilt.
- It can be applied in the heat of the moment to get immediate relief during challenging situations.
Five years ago, Laura Le tried EFT for the first time, and she was amazed that her negative feelings completely vanished after just a few minutes of tapping. She is passionate about sharing EFT because she wants others to be able to find relief and inner peace on their own using EFT. Laura, the wellness facilitator at Toivo, has completed the Levels I and II Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner training.
