There’s no need to go broke when you go vegan! Whether you’re a new vegan or just want to learn how to save some time and money in the kitchen, this class will give you 13+ thrifty tips, including where to shop, what to buy, how to batch cook, where to find those “secret sales,” and how to safely forage for wild food. These strategies will work even when you’re on SNAP or use food pantries as your main source for kitchen staples.
This class is offered by donation of $5 per person. A handout with essential resources will be provided.
