Writing Our Stories
An opportunity to explore creative writing as a means for advancing one’s personal journey towards health and well-being. Everyone is given a chance to share what they have written with the group if they choose. One goal of this workshop is to provide opportunities for participants to “re-frame” self- concept in positive ways. In other words, using writing to re-discover ourselves as people – who are (fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, painters, poets, runners, workers etc.).
